Hi, I’m Viji Sarah McCash

I’m a Registered Nurse, End-Of-Life Care Guidance, transition In-between guide, and storyteller and yes, I’m a little obsessed with death. Not in a dark way. In a pay attention, fall in love with life kind of way.

I’m endlessly curious about how we live, love, and let go and what becomes possible when we stop pretending we have forever.

I’m also a mother to three daughters and a devoted alpha dog. A runner. A traveler. A home cook. A lover of sweets. A daily admirer of Planet Earth. Oceans, mountains, bodies, breath—this place is astonishing. And I believe remembering death helps us love it more.

This isn’t about being morbid.
It’s about being awake.

If you’re standing in the In-Between of life, love, loss, or becoming—I’ll meet you there.
Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.

My Approach

Changing how we meet death

I work to change how we meet dying, moving from fear and isolation toward connection, meaning, and peace. Through story and heart centered care, I walk alongside individuals and families as they find beauty in endings, courage in grief, and a deeper sense of aliveness at life’s edge.

Walking with you at life’s thresholds

I am honored to walk alongside individuals and their loved ones through the sacred transition of dying with compassion, presence, and care. Through storytelling, deep listening, and open-hearted support, I create a safe space to honor life, meet death with tenderness, and find peace in the unknown.
